BAFFLING BEACON PAPER TEAR

Three sheets of tissue paper, one black, one white, one orange, are torn and waded into a ball. Immediately they are opened and are found to have become restored in the form of a Belisha Beacon. (£5.00) £3.50

BAGS OF MONEY 

-  A nice t-shaped wooden stand which four differently coloured clips fastened on it.  Four net fronted bags are fastened in the clips.  The performer says that there is a £50 note in one of the bags.  Three spectators choose three of the bags.  They are empty and the one left for the performer contains the £50 note.   (£36.00)   £27.00

BARE FACED SWINDLE

Six double blanks and six blank face cars are used. The spectator chooses one blank face card and puts it amongst the double blanks. It's the one you had predicted!! The audience are not impressed but you really impress them by showing a face card matching the prediction and all the cards become blanks. (£6.00) £4.50

BLOX-OFF 

A wooden box and six different coloured solid blocks along with a rod are displayed.  Any two blocks are freely chosen by spectators.  All the blocks are replaced in the box.  The rod is now thrust thru’ holes in the side of the box.  The rod is held by spectators.  The box is turned upside down and the two chosen blocks drop out.  The other blocks are still threaded on the rod.       (£28.00)      £21.00

BRAHMIN ALUMINIUM RICE BOWLS

BREAK-AWAY DIE BOX

beautifully manufactured - a yellow die is displayed and placed into a hat - a green and black two compartmented box on a tray is shown - the die is removed from the hat and placed into one of the compartments in the box - now you go into the normal die box routine with the die apparently sliding from one compartment to the other - but all the time the front doors can be lifted up to show that the die is in fact in either compartment - finally the die vanishes and is found in the hat. BUNNY BOX

A good rabbit production box which can be used to carry the rabbit to the show.  It has a sliding panel door at each end of the box.  The performer draws a picture of a rabbit on the inside of one door and slides it into the back of the box.  The drawing can clearly be seen on the inside rear of the box.  The front door is slid in position and the magic wand is waived.  The front door is opened to reveal a live rabbit.       (£84.00)     £60.00

CHAMELEON KNOTS

A rope died half red and half white has two knots tied in it, they magically visibly transpose. (£10.00) £7.50

COBRA CORDS 

A novel version of the “Odd Ropes” in that 3 pieces of woven rope being coloured to represent cobras.  Each cobra being a different length until the magician stretches them to all the same length.(£8.00)£6.00

COMEDY FLOWERING BOUQUET

A bouquet is given to the performer or his assistant; but there are no flowers, only green foliage.  The performer says the magic word and slowly, visibly and magically blooms begin to appear until there is now a full bunch of orange flowers.  Self-working!    (£28.00)  £21.00

COPPER-SILVER

A copper coin is placed in one hand and a silver coin in the other.  They magically change places.  One coin is placed in the pocket and jumps back into the hand.  It is repeated and at the end both coins can be examined.  Uses old pennies and half dollars.    (£20.00)   £15.00

CRAZY CROOKS 

To a comedy patter story car number plates are placed inside a folder and change but the kids know that the rear of the number plate has a different number on it and tell you that you are cheating.  After much business the number plate is removed and it is shown that the rear of the plate says “Caught” and so were the crooks.  (£12.00)  £8.00

CRYSTAL SILK CAPTURE

The performer vanishes a silk.  He holds an empty transparent crystal box at the fingertips without any cover.  The vanished silk instantly appears inside the crystal box.  It can be removed from the box and used in another trick.     (£16.00)   £12.00

DAGGER- THRU’ MIRACLE CHEST

Although designed for use with a dove it can also be used for the production of silks, flowers, etc.  A decorated wooden chest is shown, the front panel lifts up and the audience can see inside the box through the cut-out front.  A dove is shown and placed into the box.  A dagger is shown and thrust right through the box from one side to the other apparently passing right through the dove.  When the front panel is removed completely from the box it is seen that the dove has gone only the dagger can be seen.  The front of the box is replaced, the dagger is removed, the front panel is lifted up to reveal the live dove unharmed.   (£60.00)   £45.00

DARTING DISCS 

A hanky is laid on the table and four differently coloured discs are shown then placed onto the four corners of the handkerchief.  One disc is covered with a postcard – the yellow disc is placed under the hanky below the card.  When the card is removed the yellow disc has penetrated up through the cloth and joined the original disc.  Several other magical effects take place with the discs penetrating and transposing.  (£28.00)  £21.00

DE LUXE BREAKDOWN LIVESTOCK VANISH

A nicely decorated cabinet in which you place a couple of doves.  The box is now slowly dismantled piece by piece.  first the id is taken off, the audience being allowed to look right through, next the front and back panels are slid out, both sides of each being shown, finally the sides and base are folded flat.  The doves have vanished.  If you do not want to use livestock you can vanish a doll or load of silks.  (£65.00)  £49.00    (2)

DISECTO WRIST CHOPPER 

Sprayed in red, yellow and black.  A spectator places his hand through the large centre hole and a stick of celery is placed in the top hole and bottom hole.  The blade is pulled down and cuts through the celery and spectator’s wrist but he is unharmed.  Clever principle!     (£84.00)     £63.00

EDWIN’S MULTIPLYING WANDS

Performer shows a nicely decorated wooden box which contains his magic wands.  A child assists you.  You open the box and take out a magic wand which he gives to the child to hold.  But when he walks away, although the child is holding the wand the magician is still holding one too.  The performer returns his wand to the box.  Later another wand is taken out and the whole business is repeated so at the end the child is stood with a wand under each arm, one in each hand and one under his chin to wave the wand he has to jump up and down.    (£48.00)    £36.00

FLEXIBLE GLASS (BENDING GLASS)

A plastic sheet of mirror is seen to fill a wooden frame.  The apparatus is placed into a cloth bag and is immediately pierced in various places by a large needle, then it is bent completely in half.  The mirror in the frame is removed from the bag and is shown to be normal and free from holes.  (£48.00)  £36.00

FU LINGS LAUNDRY

A colourful cut-out in wood of Fu Lings Laundry is displayed.  Coloured silks are pushed into the laundry through the door.  They are washed immediately and emerge white.  Finally the silks turn into a Blendo or Jazz Silk (silks not supplied), and then Fu Ling himself appears at the back of the laundry.  Rare item!  (£45.00)  £36.00   (2)

JUMBO CARD BETWEEN PERSPEX PLATES

The performer shows two pieces of plain white card and two sheets of clear erspex (lucite) which have been banded together with elastic bands.  The two sheets of erspex are placed between the sheets of card and other elastic bands are placed around.  Then they are given to a spectator to hold.  A card is chosen and when the elastic bands are removed a jumbo sized duplicate of the actual card is found between the erspex plates.  (£24.00)  £18.00

OKITO TUMBLER IN CLEAR PERSPEX 

This type of tumbler has a clear plastic tube running through it from top to bottom.  Fill it full of liquid; drop a borrowed ring into the liquid and it actually drops right through into your hand which is holding the bottom of the tumbler.   (£10.00)    £7.50

ORIENTAL CHEST

PACK OF CIGARETTES TO MATCHBOX 

The performer holds a pack of cigarettes.  He removes one (a dummy cigarette), uses it as a magic wand and visibly the cigarettes change into a matchbox.   Clever!   (£12.00)   £8.00

PARADE OF THE KINGS

The spectator is asked to think of one of four kings. When named the four kings are removed from the plastic case and the chosen card is reversed and has a different coloured back. (£5.00) £3.50

PENTA-CARD 

Two matchboxes are placed either side of an examined playing card.  When the drawer of one matchbox is pushed in, the drawer of the other matchbox jumps out.  The effect is repeated at will.   Self-working!    (£6.00)   £4.50

A rare and early children’s trick of Supremes.  A large stand has a jumbo picture card of a seal at one end and a red ball on a launcher at the other end.  After much business the red ball is visibly seen to fly from one end to the other end but accidentally (?) the ball is still seen on the launcher.  However eventually the ball is seen balanced on Sammy the Seal’s nose.  Good fun.  (£48.00)  £36.00

SMOKING THE THUMB

A special gimmick which enables you to form your hand into a fist then suck the thumb like a pipe; then genuine blow smoke out of your mouth.  This can be repeated.   (£12.00)  £8.00

STAGE SIZE DIE THROUGH SILK SURPRISE

Resting on a 36” silk is a large die 4 ½ inches square.  It is black with white spots.  A red cover is shown empty and dropped over the die.  Everything is lifted off a circular wooden tray as the die begins to rise up through the silk.  Now it has changed into a plain black cube.   It has left all the spots behind.  The silk is removed from the cover and all the missing spots are tipped out of the cover.  Great visual magic!    (£64.00)    £48.00

STEEL BALL THROUGH BRASS BOLT

SURPRISO CAGE

A wooden tube, open at the top and bottom with gold bars at the front, stands on a neat wooden tray.  The tube is openly filled with silks or whatever and a large cloth (unfeked and not supplied) is thrown over it.  Now the tube is lifted and there on the tray is a live rabbit or dove or a number of filled wine glasses or whatever you wish.  The cloth is whipped away from the tube and this is shown to be empty.  The tube is 12 inches high X 7¾ inches square, finished in cream, black and gold.    (£64.00)    £45.00

THE £100 JACKPOT

A cheque for £100 is sealed into an envelope and mixed with two other envelopes then placed onto a three colour half-moon display stand.  Two spectators have a free choice of an envelope.  They open them to find a “Hard Luck” message.  The performer’s envelope is opened to reveal the £100 cheque.  Easy to do.  The handsome wooden stand does all the hard work.  Now unobtainable.  (£48.00)  £36.00

THE INVISIBLE COIN

A deck of cards is shown along with a tumbler, the tumbler is inverted onto the deck, a 2p. coin is tapped against the base of the tumbler and suddenly appears inside the tumbler. (£6.00) £4.50

THE MERRY SWITCH CAN

THE PULL OUT DRAWER BOX 

This looks like the familiar drawer box until you show it empty, because you pull the drawer completely out of the case allowing your audience to see right inside.  The box is assembled and when open again it is now filled with silks, spring flowers sweets etc.  The box can also be used to produce a small budgie etc.   (£36.00)  £27.00   (2)

THE RIBBON ILLUSION

THE WRONG CARD

THREAD-IT

It is a clever precision made items.  A 12 inch solid metal needle and a wooden spool of ribbon are shown.  The needle is examined.  It is placed in the centre of the spool and when removed the ribbon is now seen to be threaded through the needle.  (Abbotts now charge £150 for this item.) DOVE-AIR

A superb piece of apparatus consisting of, an openwork tray with a perch at the front and “butterfly” net on a pole.  The assistant holds the tray as the performer attempts to catch an invisible dove in the net.  Suddenly in mid-air a dove is seen in the net.  The performer runs to the assistant and pops the net over the tray when a live dove is seen sitting on the perch.  This is repeated one more time until two doves are sitting on the perch.  (£200.00)  £145.00

GLITTER JAP BOX

BILLY DAY’S BILLY’S HOUSE

The performer displays the floor, walls roof and chimney of a large model house, which he proceeds to build.  He gets in a muddle placing some parts in the wrong places.  The house belongs to “Billy” and a young girl is invited to assist in locating him.  Much fun ensues as silks, sweets etc., (not supplied) are produced from the empty house.  The house is made of wood and measures 12 inches X 11 inches X 6 ½ inches but packs down for carrying.  (£48.00)  £36.00

BILLY DAY’S DIRTY BERTIE 

A wooden cut out figure of a small, fat boy is shown and he goes into the coal cellar (large wooden tube) thus getting himself dirty.  He sprinkles himself with magic powder and becomes clean again.  This happens several times until the audience become suspicious, but they are wrong.   A great sucker trick!  The boy figure is 14 inches high.  Rare item!       (£48.00)    £36.00

BLOXO

The spectator chooses two coloured blocks from six different coloured blocks.  All the blocks are placed in a wooden box and the lid is closed.  A needle is now threaded through the holes at the ends of the box.  The box is turned upside down and the lid opened.  The two chosen blocks drop out onto the table and the other blocks remain suspended on the needle.  Easy to do!   (£36.00)  £27.00

CYRALDO’S TUBES, SILKS AND LIQUIDS

Three different coloured silks are removed from three glasses and placed into a chrome tube.  Suddenly the performer pours from the tube three different coloured drinks into the glasses.  He now pours each drink into a chrome canister and places on the lid.  He shakes it to make a cocktail and when the lid is removed the three vanished silks emerge.  The drinks have vanished.  A great piece of visual magic.  Now very rare as it no longer manufactured.  The ghost tube has a small dent but looks O.K.    (£84.00)     £60.00

FLASH SILK FRAME 

A “V” shaped stand has a cord running across the top with three silks fastened to it.  The performer unfastens the centre silk and vanishes it.  On command the vanished silk visibly reappears between the other two silks on the cord.   (£28.00)  £21.00

GIL LEANEY’S SILK, GLASS AND LIQUID 

A 6 inch tall blue cylinder is shown empty then silk are produced, also a 9 inch high metal canister is shown full of water.  “Forgetfully” you now actually pour water into the bottomless cylinder.  Realising the stupidity of this action you lift the cylinder – no water – just a heap of rice.  The cylinder is now shown to contain a tumbler full of milk.  The tumbler is covered with a hanky and when this is removed the milk has changed to beer (or any other liquid).  In another routine for kids you make “magic cookies”.  (£58.00)  £43.00

A spectator chooses a deck from a selection of two differently coloured decks, then wraps it into a tobacco pouch and places it in his pocket.  The performer takes the other deck and shuffles it, spreads it in a fan and asks the spectator to think of any card he sees and to write the name of it in a notebook which he retains.  A second card is chosen, noted by the spectator and shuffled back into the deck.  Using a knife one card is correctly revealed, then the deck in the spectator’s pocket is opened to reveal that the other chosen card is the only one reversed in the deck.  (£20.00)  £15.00

SUMUTILATED PARASOL 

A large 30 inches high square wooden tube houses a large attractive self-opening parasol.  It is removed and displayed then replaced back into the tube.  A number of silks are shown and placed into a box.  A magic pass is made and when the box is opened the silks have vanished and have been replaced by the parasol cover.  The parasol is removed from the tube and fastened on the ribs are the missing silks in place of the parasol cover.  The parasol is placed back in the tube and the cover is placed back in the box.  The reappears on the parasol and the silks appear back in the box.  This is a self-working prop which is hard to find.  (£180.00)  £135.00

NEW SUPER DIMINISHING CARDS

Superb method.  Count a few normal size cards from hand to hand then without having to palm anything away you give a little squeeze and they immediately diminish to half size.  These are counted from hand to hand, another squeeze and they become quarter size, then one eighth size, then one sixteenth and then finally they disappear completely.  Easy to do.  (£36.00)  £27.00 

RIVINIS’ HYPNOTISED ROPE 

A rope is coiled up, then uncoiled and “hypnotised”.  It now stays in a horizontal position completely stiff and held with one hand.  A snap of the fingers and the rope falls down limp.     (£16.00)   £12.00

SLYDINI’S OWN ROPE TRICK 

A piece of rope is given for examination and measured.  The rope is cut at the middle.  Instantly the rope is restored.  The trick is immediately repeated and the rope is still the same length as before.  The scissors do all the hard work.     (£20.00)    £15.00

THE RABBIT PRODUCTION BOX

A wooden box with a red akelit (lucite) front is shown all round.  The performer removes the back door and draws a picture of a rabbit on it.  The door is replaced into the rear of the box.  The front door is opened and everyone can see the drawing of the rabbit on the back door, other than that the box is empty.  A magic pass is made, the top and front doors are opened to reveal a real live rabbit sitting in the box.  Size of box is 11 inches long X 10 inches wide X 5½ inches high.  Rabbit compartment is 4 inches deep X 4½ high X 10 inches wide.  (£48.00)  £36.00

TRANSITA

Magician counts ten cards which he says he is going to magically pass them one at a time into his trouser pocket which is shown empty.  A snap of the hand and a card is produced from his pocket.  This is repeated until five cards are passed.  The five cards in his hand are now made to diminish, first to half size then again and yet again, then they disappear.  The magician reaches in his pocket and produces five cards but they are about four times the size of the original cards.  Good comedy.  (£16.00)  £12.00  (3)

Very rare early Davenport item.  A small round copper container is shown then filled to the brim with water.  A piece of paper is examined then placed over the mouth of the container which is now inverted.  No water runs out.  Now the paper is slowly slid off the container, but still no water runs out.  The water can now be poured out of the container leaving no clue as to how the miracle was accomplished.    (£28.00)   £21.00

BRASS BLACK AND RED METAL CHINESE STICKS

Smooth running. Two metal sticks are shown. One has a long cord and the other a short card. The short cord is pulled and it magically pulls the long cord up and vice versa. The sticks can be separated and it still works. (£36.00) £27.00   

CHECKER CHIP

GREAT CARMO BEAD MYSTERY 

A string of beads is removed from a girl’s neck and the clip is cut off the end.  The beads fall into an unprepared tumbler and the cord on which they were threaded remains empty in the performer’s hand.  This is coiled up and place into the mouth then the beads are poured from the tumbler into the mouth.  Immediately they are pulled out of the mouth and are seen to have magically restrung themselves on the cord.  If you do not want to put anything in your mouth you could use an unprepared bowl etc.  Comes complete with attractive clear Bakelite display stand.  One has no Perspex stand.  (£36.00)  £27.00

PICTURE THIS 

The performer places a prediction in full view.  The spectator is given a packet of double-sided number cards which are laid out in any way, then totalled up.  The spectator is then given a packet of cards which have objects on them and also a number.  The card bearing the random selected number is found and the object shown.  It matches the object card in the prediction envelope.  Very clever.  (£8.00)  £6.00

ROSA BARTL’S BLITZ EXPRESS 

A number of silks are displayed and a member of the audience is invited to tie all the ends of the silks together.  On command the performer magically separates all the silks showing them singly and separately.   (£16.00)   £12.00

SUCKER BEAKER VANISH 

The apparatus consists of a tray with a drape standing on a plinth, three metal tubes and a beaker.  The performer announces that he will perform the Vanishing Beaker Trick.  The beaker is placed on the tray and covered by the tubes.  When the tubes are removed the beaker is seen to be stuck halfway through a trapdoor in the tray.  The performer starts again and this time each tube is shown empty and the beaker really has vanished. But what is under the tray?  The drape is ripped off the tray revealing nothing.  The beaker really has vanished.  A great “sucker” trick, which is very hard to find these days!   (£80.00)  £60.00

TELEPATHY WITH YOUR FAVOURITE STARS 

Five envelopes are placed into a polished wooden stand and five spectators write down the name of a film star on a piece of card.  The five cards are dropped into each one of five envelopes resting on a stand.  Whilst the performer’s back is turned each spectator removes one envelope.  The performer is able to divine who has got which envelope or you can have differently coloured envelopes and one spectator takes them one by one and places them in different pockets (similar to the Al Koran Billiard Ball Trick).   Uses coloured bead principle.  £60.00)  £45.00

THE BENGAL NET

A glitter plastic bar with a black cloth and white netting hanging from it is displayed.  The netting is hooked up to form a “hammock” and a dove/rabbit/doll is placed in it.  A quick shake and the netting falls loose and the dove/rabbit/doll visibly vanishes.  This is a stunning visual vanish and is based on the large stage illusion called “Dizzy Limit Vanish”.               (£48.00)      £36.00

THE DEMON DIE AND FRAME 

A large red block is placed into a black wooden frame.  A length of ribbon is threaded through the holes in the frame and through the hole in the block.  It is obvious that the block is secured by the ribbon inside the frame; however the performer suddenly pulls the block right out of the frame thus magically penetrating the ribbon.  The ribbon is seen to still be intact running across the frame.  (£24.00)  £18.00   (2)

THE NEW JUST CHANCE TRICK

A thin tray holds three sealed envelopes. The performer explains that only one envelope contains a £50 note. Two spectators are offered a free choice of any envelope leaving just one envelope for the performer. The spectators open their envelopes and find messages saying “Hard Luck”. THE ROD AND BALL TRICK 

The performer hands out for examination a rod with a black ball on each end.  Also a solid ball with a hole running through it so it can be threaded on the rod.  A spectator holds the rod at each end and a borrowed marked ring is held by the performer as he throws a hanky over the ball on the rod.  The performer thrusts the hand with the ring under the hanky and suddenly the ball drops to the floor and when the hanky is removed the spectator’s ring is found on the rod.  Rare!      (£60.00)   £45.00

VANISHING BOWL OF WATER 

A large metal bowl is filled with water whilst resting on a large metal tray. The bowl and tray are covered with a foulard.  The bowl is removed from the tray under cover of the foulard.  The shape of the bowl can be clearly seen under the foulard.  The performer carries it forward then tosses it into the air.  The bowl of water has completely vanished.  (£48.00)  £36.00.

VANISHING CANE TO SILK

WELSH RAREBIT PAN 

Performer says he will make a welsh rarebit using a metal pan and a chef’s hat.  Along the way various comedy ingredients are tossed into the pan.  The hat sets on fire and the lid is placed on the pan and the fire is extinguished.  When the lid is removed a live welsh rabbit is discovered not a welsh rarebit.  (£36.00)  £27.00

WICKED WILLY AND NAUGHTY NANCY 

Wicked Willy is seen leaning against a wall.  He is covered with a decorated wooden tube and changes into Naughty Nancy.  This is repeated a number of times with each character but the audience get wise to the fact that the performer is turning the tube around.  Finally the rear of the wall is shown and it has been transformed into a witches’ kitchen complete with the witches magic.  All props are made in wood and it comes complete with turntable base.  Manufactured around the 1940s!  (£55.00)  £40.00

20TH. CENTURY SILKS

Using 24” silks and a small glitter plastic box to vanish one silk. Two large blue silks are tied together and placed in a tumbler. A red silk is shown and tucked into a small glitter box. Suddenly the doors of the box are flipped open. The red silk has vanished and when the two blue silks are pulled out of the tumbler, there fastened between them is the missing red silk. ARABIAN VASE 

A very rare item.  A long necked brass vase which is a lota vase.  You can turn it upside down to empty the water out, remove a cork from the bottom of the vase and pass a wand right through the vase proving it is undeniably empty.  Replace the cork and pour out more water.  This repeated several times.  As a finale a rope is dropped into the neck of the vase and the vase clings to the rope.  It can even be swung around on the end of the rope.   (£120.00)  £90.00    We also have a dented model at (£60.00)  £40.00

COMEDY SNAKE VASE 

A metal vase containing four colourful feather flowers is shown.  When it is handed to a spectator spring snakes jump out.  This is a rare item as only a few were manufactured in the 1950s.(£48.00)£36.00

FLEXIBLE GLASS

A mirror is shown in a wooden frame. It is proved to be solid and then wrapped in paper. The performer then thrusts a knife right through the centre of the mirror and other holes are pierced at other places. THE PILLARS OF TIBET 

Two handsome pillars are shown which have cords running through them at the top.  In the course of the story the performer cuts the cord between the sticks, separates them at the top and then restores the cord.  The cord is pulled through the holes from one side to the other.  The effect is repeated but the audience are suspicious that the cord is running down the pillars and across the bottom; but the performer now separates the bottom of the pillars and shows the cord is at the top.   (£28.00)    £21.00

A freely selected signed jumbo card is torn into pieces and deposited in a small cloth bag.  Two sheets of clear Perspex are displayed and are banded together with elastics then placed into a lovely upright, thin, unprepared wooden frame which rests on a transparent perspex tray; this is placed on a table.  The performer shows a pistol and hands it to a spectator.  The performer holds the small bag in front of the Perspex plates and the spectator fires and the small bag drops open; a bullet drops out.  Instantly the signed jumbo card appears between the two rubber-banded perspex sheets.  They are handed to the spectator who verifies his signature.   The mechanism is very ingenious.     £680.00

JUMBO SIDEKICK 

A lovely chrome stemmed tale holds a flower in a vase and a jumbo pack of cards.  A card is chosen – the 4 of Clubs.  A spectator tries to shoot the chosen card – but bang – the table drape falls off – bang – the flower flies in the air – bang – the entire table tips, dumping everything onto the ground except a jumbo 5 of Clubs which adheres to the table.   The spectator says it is not his card.  The performer takes the gun and bang, the centre pip shoots off.  All sound controlled from the gun or use the remote control.  Brilliant apparatus!             £900.00

KHYBER KOBRA

A card is chosen and the snake is removed from the basket, shown and then replaced in the basket.  The deck of cards is tossed in the basket and the lid is closed.  The performer plays a flute, the snake rises, turns around to face the audience with a card in its mouth.  It’s the wrong card – the snake goes down into the basket, three lots of cards are now thrown out of the basket.  Finally the snake rises with the correct card, waits, descends and on command peeks above the rim to take a bow.  Totally automatic and self-contained!  Wonderful apparatus!     £850.00

FOUR THOUGHT 

Four differently coloured wooden discs rest in a nicely decorated wooden stand.  The performer asks a spectator to remove one disc whilst the performer’s back is turned and place it into his right coat pocket: then repeat this three more times placing the discs into the left hand coat pocket, the right trouser pocket and the left trouser pocket.  The performer finally turns round and names which coloured disc is in which pocket.  This is a clever variation of Al Koran’s Mento-spheres using discs instead of snooker balls.    (£60.00)   £48.00

PREMIER MAGIC (NOW CAMTRYX)  SUCKER RABBIT HUTCH

No longer manufactured.  A wooden two door cabinet (which breaks down for packing) is the performer’s rabbit hutch.  Opening the two doors in turn he shows the audience his two rabbits.  One of these he removes stating that only one is needed for his next trick and places it to one side.  The performer now removes the cabinet from the table and asks the audience which end he left the other rabbit in.  However, whichever end the audience choose they are wrong.  But they quickly draw his attention to the way he tilts the cabinet and to the suspicious thud every time he tilts the cabinet from side to side.  The performer ignores them and puts the cabinet down on the table.  He removes the top and from inside the cabinet he takes out a large clock and sets it down on the table.  He then proceeds to dismantle the rest of the cabinet and packs it down flat on the table.  No rabbit!  The audience want to see inside the clock.  It is shown to be completely empty.  A very unusual trick and a clever principle!       (£90.00)   £75.00
